Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin 4 slices
  • Yellow and green peppers 100 g
  • Tomatoes 100 g
  • Red onion 50 g
  • Thyme, parsley and mint 1 small bunch
  • Juice of half a lemon -
  • Extra virgin olive oil 4 spoonfuls
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

1. First, de-seed and mince peppers and tomatoes.
2. Peel and finely chop the onion.
3. At this point, chop the aromatic herbs, brush the sirloin cuts with a little oil, and sprinkle them with a handful of herbs, as well as salt and pepper.
4. Now, it’s time to put all vegetables in a bowl, add lemon juice, any remaining oil and herbs and season with salt and pepper.
