Steps

1. Separate the marjoran leaves from the sprig and add them to the breadcrumbs
2. Add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and mix until combined
3. Place the fillet on a chopping board and slice it in half lengthways, keeping the lower part attached.

4. Place the fillet in the breadcrumbs and press lightly until coated
5. Fold the fillet to form a braid then place it onto the Crisp Plate
6. Use the higher griddle to place the fish inside the oven cavity
