- Sugar 6 level spoonfuls
- Corn flour 6 level spoonfuls
- Unsweetened cocoa powder 6 level spoonfuls
- Dark chocolate 100 g
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Milk to taste

For starters, use a knife to coarsely chop the chocolate and put it in a mixer with sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and cocoa: let the blender run until the mixture turns into a fine and homogenous powder.

Next, let’s turn on the stove.

At this point, set a pan on the stove, pour 800 ml of milk in the mixture and simmer until the chocolate becomes thick and creamy. Consume piping hot.
