Ingredients
- Sea bream fillets 4
- Fennel 2
- White wine Half glass
- Butter 30 g
- Orange peel into strips 1
- Oil 1 spoonful
- Basil a few leaves
- Fennel seeds 1 teaspoonful
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps

Let’s start with brushing olive oil on the bream fillets, sprinkle with fennel seeds, half of the chopped basil and some small strips of orange peel, salt and pepper

Next, clean the fennel and slice into thin strips.

Then, place a pan on the stove.

Add butter and melt.

Add the fennel, brown for 2 minutes, add salt, pour white wine and let it evaporate

Next up, set the fennel aside and place the sea bream fillets in the pan; brown them on both sides, now, add the fennel, and sprinkle with the remaining basil and orange zest. Serve immediately
