Ingredients
- Swordfish 4 slices
- Orange peel 1
- Chopped almonds 100 g
- Durum wheat stale bread 2 slices
- Pecorino cheese 2 spoonfuls
- Mint A few leaves
- Marjoram a few sprigs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps

For starters, pour crustless bread, almonds, mint, marjoram, orange rind and cheese in a mixer. Blend until mixture is smooth.

Next, bread the swordfish slices with the aromatic breading mix.

Turn on the hot plate and grease it with a few tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.

Finally, cook the swordfish slices on each side, on medium heat for a few minutes and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
