- Tuna 1 400 g fillet
- Thyme A few sprigs
- Pumpkin seeds 30 g
- Sunflower seeds 30 g
- Extra virgin olive oil 2 spoonfuls

Let’s start with cutting the tuna into 4-cm thick slices, brush with oil and sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper.
